  1. 苹果切薄片,可放在柠檬水里防止氧化

  2. 鸡蛋加糖打至发白

  3. 加入酸奶(融化的黄油)和牛奶,混合均匀

  4. 筛入椰子粉和泡打粉 盐,加香草精,搅拌均匀

  5. 加入苹果 混合均匀。使苹果均匀裹上蛋糊。

  6. 170c-180c,底层, 15min后加盖锡纸,再烤30min,
    一共约45min;
    玻璃碗,160-170c,底层,5min盖锡纸,再烤38min test,共43min

  7. 彻底冷却后切开
