蜂蜜芥末烤羊排的做法
将上述材料准备好备用
Prepare the above materials for standby用盐和黑胡椒充分揉搓羊排
Rub the lamb chops thoroughly with salt and black peppe将柠檬汁,黄芥末和蜂蜜充分混合调制成料汁
Mix lemon juice, Yellow mustar and honey to make sauce烤盘均匀抹油后将羊排摆放在烤盘中
Put the lamb chops in the baking tray after evenly greasing烤箱190℃烤30分钟
Oven 190 ℃ for 30 minutes30分钟后取出每10分钟刷一次料汁
After 30 minutes, take it out and brush the sauce every 10 minutes30分钟后就可以享用美味啦
