Creamy Lasagna with Pork and Caramelized Onion 咸肉洋葱奶香千层面的做法
Render the salt pork in a sauce pan. 将咸肉在锅里煸出油。
Add the onion and garlic to the pork fat and cook until on with salt and pepper.加入洋葱和蒜在猪油中煸炒直至焦黄。再加入盐和黑椒粉调味。
Spray lasagna pans with non-stick spray. Layer bechamel sauce, the pork&onion mix, parmesan cheese and finally a pasta sheet. Repeat 3 more times. Finish with parmesan cheese on top and bake at 350F for 15 minutes.将准备好装千层面的烤盘喷上油。第一层先浇一层白酱,再铺一层咸肉洋葱,再一层帕玛森奶酪,再铺上煮好的意大利面皮。重复铺3次,在最后一层的面皮上再洒满帕玛森奶酪。350F烤15分钟。
