This Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe is everyone’s favorite game day or party appetizer! Made with juicy shredded chicken, creamy ranch dressing, cream cheese, hot sauce, and loads of cheese, this easy and delicious Buffalo Chicken Dip is then baked until golden, bubbly, and perfect for dipping.
(You simply stir together:
Chicken: We like using rotisserie, but you can also poach chicken breasts and then shred them if you prefer that method.
Cream cheese
Shredded cheese: Cheddar is a go-to for anything buffalo flavored, but gouda and fontina also work well.
Buffalo sauce: Frank's Red Hot forever and always.
Ranch
Blue cheese: 100% optional. We know you haters exist, but personally we like how the tangy cheese brightens up the dip.)

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, 3/4 cup cheddar, buffalo sauce, ranch, and hot sauce.

Transfer mixture to an ovenproof skillet or baking dish and top with remaining 1/4 cup cheddar.

Top with remaining 1/4 cup cheddar.
